Caleb Whitmore

Caleb founded Cabin River Web Solutions in 1999 and has been providing web solutions to area business since.

He holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Yakima Valley Community College and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.

Caleb has been involved in the Yakima Federation of Fly Fishers and as a volunteer with Yakima County Search and Rescue and the Civil Air Patrol. Additionally, he is a member of the Washington Technology Alliance, Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce, Northwest Entrepreneur Network, Better Business Bureau, and Naches Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Jeremy Hutton

Jeremy joined the team in March of 2005 and brings with him 5 years of web experience which includes working as part of the Safeco Insurance Web Development and Design team and for the Western Washington University Bookstore as webmaster. Jeremy has also worked on a number of independent web projects and focuses his efforts in web usability.

Jeremy graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University as well as a Minor Degree in Web Resource and Development. He has been actively involved with the Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce since joining the team and looks forward to helping communities keep up with technology by developing strong web sites.

Danielle Surkatty

Senior Web Developer: danielle@cabinriver.net

Danielle lends her eight years of web development experience to the team as Senior Web Developer. Coming from a teaching, writing, and editing background, and many years in corporate life, Danielle is responsible for website structure, content development and promotion in projects she is involved with.

Danielle has developed websites for a wide range of companies and organizations, including: preschools, apartments, wineries, resorts, an embassy, jewelry export, digital photographer, fitness centers, travel agent, and international aid projects.

Years of living overseas and working with people of many nationalities has taught Danielle to look beyond borders and explore opportunities to assist companies to grow on a regional and global scale through their presence on the Internet. She is well experienced in developing bilingual websites.

Scott Petersen

Scott joined the Cabin River team in December of 2004. He has been designing web sites for the last six years. Scott has many years experience in computer graphic design, and art work in other media.

Scott's passion for web design began during high school when he spent all his free time learning about the industry and about graphic design. Scott graduated with honors from Eisenhower High School and is always looking for ways to improve our community, in all aspects.

Bruce Whitmore

Bruce, a native of Buckley, brings to the team a fundamental understanding of the web technology from its beginning to its current status. He has complete respect for the computer technology industry and how it can be used to sustain knowledge flow and provide benefits to small and large businesses.

Bruce has perfected his skills in public relations over the years through his many endeavors which include: achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Botany/Chemistry and Early Childhood education; spending over 26 years teaching in Yakima schools; participating actively in fund raising, public speaking, and public relations activities within the community; serving as a ranking Commander of the Civil Air Patrol; and membership in Search and Rescue for Yakima County.

Tony Silver

Hosting Manager: tony@cabinriver.net

Tony manages all web/FTP accounts hosted on Cabin River servers, which includes creating new accounts, managing passwords, FTP access, Quotas, etc. as well as account billing. He also handles server maintenance and hardware support for problems/upgrades in the office and on-site with customers.

Tony sets up wireless/wired networks for customers and troubleshoots existing ones. He has an Associate Degree in computer networking and information technology from High Tech Institute in Phoenix, AZ. His certifications include: A+, Network+, MCSA in Windows 2000, CNA 5.1 (Novell), and CCNA (Cisco).
